Since 2009, Group i&i has partnered with 46 organizations across more than 110 engagements, many extending over multiple years.
Our work has crossed higher education, scientific and medical research, health and well-being, workforce development, social services and social justice, professional societies, government, and social enterprise.
Along the way, we have helped client institutions and individual researchers secure more than $80 million in competitive funding, while supporting organizations in strengthening strategy, leadership, collaboration, capacity, evaluation, and impact.
But figures tell only part of the story.
What matters most to us is what remains after an engagement ends: fresh perspective, greater clarity, more accessible capacity, healthier relationships, more purposeful organizations, and people better able to carry meaningful work forward.

Over time, the movement becomes less like a line and more like a widening spiral.
From insight to impact: it’s a flowing, spiraling movement—with constant assessment feedback loops—from understanding what is possible to bringing it more fully into the world.

OUR TEAM
Group i&i Consultancy is led by two senior principals, supported by operational associates and a network of professionals brought together according to the needs of each engagement.
Over our history, the Group has involved more than 25 associates and six principals—allowing us to remain deliberately small while drawing upon broader expertise when the work requires it.
