Toufic Hakim, PhD; Founding Director & Senior Principal

Toufic has spent four decades in service to individual and organizational learning—as a systems thinker, servant leader, growth advisor, scientist-humanist, and organizational executive.

His professional journey has crossed nonprofit and professional-society leadership, executive and organizational counsel, higher education, scientific research and research administration, grant development, evaluation, and entrepreneurship. That breadth informs an approach that connects human capacity with organizational purpose, rigorous inquiry with possibility, and vision with practical action.

Through Group i&i, which he co-founded in 2009, Toufic has helped shape a practice grounded in the belief that lasting change begins with insight and is strengthened through aligned values, clear vision, continuous learning, and inspired collaboration.

He holds a PhD in Physics and an MS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Delaware and a BSc in Physics from the Lebanese University.
