Our intent, then and now: to help maximize your capacity for meaningful social impact.

Since 2009, client services have been customized to meet the unique needs of nearly 115 individual projects. As a Group, we have helped secure nearly $75 million in competitive federal grant awards; develop more than five system-wide capacity building initiatives; and complete comprehensive evaluations for more than 12 large, multi-year, federally funded grant projects and programs.

We have attracted, from the start, a cadre of highly qualified principals, associates, and advisors across multiple disciplines who share our values and commitment to quality. As a result, we are strategically positioned to support each project with a collaborative team of passionate, creative, and caring professionals who bring vast experience and a proven track record of success.

Group i&i began offering counsel and support to the social sector in 2009 in response to needs in strategic funding and communication.
Since then, we have proudly partnered with more than 35 client organizations working to achieve social impact in higher education, workforce development, academic research, mental health, and others fields of practice.
