Kathy Wiener has worked with governments, not-for-profit organizations and multi-sector community partnerships developing leadership, building community and planning for the future. She has focused on strategic learning and capacity building initiatives, organization assessment and performance improvement, leadership/board development, collaborative community planning and collective social impact spanning the fields of public health, human services and healthy communities.
Kathy has collaborated with client organizations and strategic partners including grassroots, community and faith-based organizations as well as federal, state, county and local governments, funders and institutes of higher education. She holds a BA in Public Administration from Kean University and a Master of Public Administration degree from the Robert Wagner School of Public Service at New York University, specializing in management and organization development. Kathy has served as Adjunct Instructor in Kean’s Graduate School of Public Administration and the Rutgers University School of Public Affairs and Administration.
