Charles Murphy, Ph.D.
Charles Murphy, Ph.D., has served as Professor and Chair of Geology and Meteorology at Kean University, where he engaged in a number of curricular, research and student success grant programs funded by NSF and the U.S. Department of Education. He was the founding director of the NJ Center for Science, Technology and Math Education that prepared students from the northern New Jersey region for undergraduate and advanced degrees in STEM and pre-service STEM education and served as co-PI on a large NSF-funded MSP regional initiative.
